Live printing
in Los Angeles,
under the sun
Live printing for your Los Angeles conference, launch or sponsor lounge: guests choose a design, watch the press come down, and leave wearing it. DTF, a hat bar, embroidery and screen printing, set up wherever your floor plan has room.

How it works
Your event timeline,
with a press in it
Four checkpoints between your first email and a guest holding a warm print. None of them need much from you.
Send the event brief
Date, venue, headcount and your logo. We reply with an itemized LA quote within 24 hours.
Design gets finalized
We set up the art for each method and lock it about a week out, when blanks get ordered in your size split.
Station builds out on-site
The truck leaves La Habra that morning, 22 miles out. We build and pull test prints before doors.
Merch prints in real time
Guests pick a design and a size and walk off wearing it about two minutes later.
Live stations

your LA activation
Five stations, one crew. Most LA events run one; the busy ones pair live screen printing in Los Angeles with a DTF table or a hat bar.
Live Screen Printing
Hand-pulled plastisol for one bold logo on a lot of shirts. The pull is the show.
ExploreLive DTF Printing
Full color, fine detail and a different name on every piece, pressed while guests wait.

Why live
Handing out merch is fine.
Making it live is magnetic.
A table of folded shirts gets a glance. A press running in the room gets a line, because people want to watch their own shirt get made and then wear it for the rest of the night.
In LA that line matters. A Convention Center hall has hundreds of booths competing for the same badges, and a launch downtown needs something guests will film. A live event printing station does both, and the merch leaves the building on people.

The details
Most Los Angeles events land between $5K and $15K all-in. Guest count, run time, garments and the number of stations move it. The quote comes back itemized within 24 hours, and there's no travel line inside LA County.
One press prints up to 60 shirts an hour. The standard rig, two presses and two printers, clears 100+ an hour, and each guest waits about two minutes.
About 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station, plus a way in for road cases. At the Los Angeles Convention Center, that power goes on the venue's electrical order. We bring everything else.
Four to six weeks is comfortable and two weeks is usually workable. Big show weeks downtown fill first, so book early around those. If your date is close, ask anyway.
No. Live t-shirt printing is the anchor, and we also run a hat bar, live embroidery, full-color DTF on hoodies and totes, and customized drinkware. Most events pair shirts with one more station.
Not inside Los Angeles County. We're based in La Habra, 22 miles from LA, and the truck is loaded the same morning, so there's no travel fee on the quote.
Yes. A working press in a Los Angeles Convention Center booth gives attendees a reason to stop and wait two minutes, and your rep a reason to talk. We set up the live printing booth inside your exhibit space. We work to the exhibitor manual for power and load-in.
One itemized quote covers crew, presses and dryers, blank garments, delivery, setup, teardown and every print during the event window.
Downtown LA, Century City, El Segundo and the South Bay, Pasadena, Long Beach, Glendale and Burbank, and anywhere else in the county. Conventions, arena nights, hotel ballrooms, campuses and backyards all work. For kickoffs and summits, see live t-shirt printing for LA corporate events. For outdoor shows, see live t-shirt printing at LA festivals.
Our home market
Printing in the rooms LA actually books
We're about 20 miles from downtown, so an LA job doesn't need flights or freight. The truck is loaded in La Habra that morning and the crew already knows the dock.
- LA Convention Center
- Anime Expo, the Auto Show and a steady run of gaming and tech expos. South Hall docks are tight on show days, so we book a load-in window instead of hoping for one.
- SoFi Stadium & Hollywood Park
- Fan zones and suite-level hospitality. Stadium events want a self-contained station, so we bring our own tables, lighting and power plan.
- Crypto.com Arena & L.A. Live
- Plaza and concourse activations before tip-off or a show. We size the station for the rush in the 45 minutes before doors.
- Studio lots & the Hollywood Palladium
- Premieres, wrap parties and album launches. Shorter guest lists and nicer blanks, so embroidery and the hat bar do a lot of the work.
- Rose Bowl & Exposition Park
- Festivals and big outdoor weekends, where shade, generator access and a clean guest line matter more than anything.
Brands that have trusted us with their guests include Riot Games, Sony, Xbox, Hyundai and Live Nation.
Recent LA jobs include our patch bar at the LA Convention Center, live DTF at City Club Los Angeles, and every Merch Troop live printing service.
